Your welcome! I LOVED watching their faces when they saw it :) That brings me joy to see them SO excited to see themselves and their friends. I hope they watch it for years to come to remember First Grade! Have a great summer :)

Mikaela and I watched the video together. We liked it when Gov. Granholm said, "We read to succeed." She chose the book, "Wacky Wednesday" by Theo. LeSieg to read with me. We had fun finding all the wacky things on each page. Keep reading everybody!

Mikaela chose to bring in 100 Gold buttons for the 100th day of school. She brought those because they are shiny and she likes gold. She had a lot of fun today because she also celebrated her half birthday. She is now officially 7 1/2 years old.
